Founding of amBio Co., Ltd.

March 2008:
Authentic Venture-Company authentication
Patent pending (PUFA production using marine microorganism)

April 2008:
MOU contract with Swansea University in England

August 2008:
Patent registered (antibacterial composition comprising of Ulva Lactuca extract)
Selected as a "Technology business incubator" supporting program from Korean Government

November 2008:
Partnership with KITECH & selected as Marine small & medium venture business by KIMST

January 2009:
ISO 9001:2008 Certificate / Patent pending (High concentrated LAB production using MCR)

March 2009:
Contract of supplying chlorella & SEP feed for aquaculture

June 2009:
Nominated as leading company at Busan city
Selected as A+Members corporate by TAGF

October 2009:
Construction of Bio Aqua factory
Permission of manufacturing practice for feeds

February 2010:
Affiliation of amBio's Marine Biotechnology R&D Institute from Korean Government

March 2010:
Contract for $1 million exportation with Aller-aqua in Denmark
Certification of HT (New Health Technology) for amBio's AMANLAC (The Ministry of Health and Welfare)

April 2010:
Completion of amBio's main factory in Jinju-si
